I love it. What an engineering marvel! Great photo too. The Pod doesn't seem to have air conditioning. It must get hot in there, sometimes. Whenever I am near one of those "big wheel" things, I can't resist going on it, no matter how much I try.
ReplyDeleteMy son and his wife were just there last year and rod that wonderful wheel. That is a great photo.
ReplyDeleteGreat shot - looks very dramatic with that sky!
ReplyDeleteLovely photo! I love how vivid the colours are.
ReplyDeleteHi Bruce
ReplyDeleteThe pod does have air conditioning which makes it quite cool and comfortable, especially on a hot day. Thanks for your comment and for looking in.
Hi L.D.
ReplyDeleteNice to hear from you. I have been on the London Eye about 4 times and enjoy it every time. It takes about 30 minutes to go right around but it goes in a flash. In case you are interested, it is 443ft high so the views of London are fantastic.
Hi Rick
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment. I agree with your view on the sky, it really makes the pod stand out.
Hi Emm
ReplyDeleteLovely to hear from you. Your comment is appreciated. Thanks for looking in.
A pod of people,I like that.Fantastic shot,I never realised how high up that thing is,as I have never seen it.Can't remember the last time I went to London, must be more than 30years .Did they still have trams then?
ReplyDeleteHi Matron,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment. London doesn't have trams now but they have bendy buses. You must make an effort to visit London again, as it is still a great place to visit.
