I have just seen a program on the television about long boats and restoration,very like the beautiful one in your picture.A friend of ours has just purchased a canal boat in England,which he plans to live in.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your comment. The canal boat pictured was horse drawn by the horse you see. It was a very pleasant, quiet and relaxing trip with the occasional clip clop of the horse to be heard. Canal boats are lovely and I'm sure your friend will be very happy with his.
